Enquiries by email

The enquiry page opens a draft in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you send that email. The website does not collect enquiry form fields or upload files. Your email provider handles the draft under its own settings and policies.

Website visits

Our hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address, the requested URL, browser information and request time. We use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable service. Hosting is provided through Hostinger. Our infrastructure providers retain operational records under their own retention policies.

We have not installed third-party analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embedded video players on this website. Films, fonts and images are served from this website. Form interaction events stay in the page and are not sent to an analytics service.

If you contact us by email

We receive the contact details and information you choose to send. We use them to respond to your enquiry and, where requested, take steps towards a project agreement. Handling business contact details may also rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with potential customers and partners. Our email and hosting providers process data as needed to supply their services. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, authorise publication of your brand or give permission to share confidential material with a production partner. Any production arrangements and necessary permissions are agreed separately. Please discuss confidentiality with us before emailing sensitive assets.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to Finland’s Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
